Tell me about living on the island

I have applied to Saba. How do you get there from Miami? what are the prices by air/boat.

I am 45 y.o. and have always wanted to go to Med school. How does one get financing?

Are the local shops more expensive than stateside?

Are there any students in my age group?

Most posts here seems to be written by intelligent people, so any advise you can give would be appreciated.
