Which semester is better to enter? Do I stand a chance?

Hello, I was just wondering which semester is better to enter...if I had to choose either May or September.

Also...I have a cumulative gpa of 2.92 and a science gpa of 3.08. I have a Bsc in biochemistry and many volunteer experiences
