The hairs split by these laws make me glad that so many of our medical student brethren are Lawyers. Please look up New Mexico's laws about foreign medical schools. The law in New Mexico states that they "approve any school not disapproved by California", but when you call the board they say they approve only of the schools approved by California. That's two very different stances.
