I was having the same dilemma with reference the financial aid but after consulting with my C.P.A. his advice was to go for Medachiever. So that's what I have applied for. The maximum amount allowed by T.E.R.I. was $25K for two semesters as opposed to an amount of $26440 allowed by Medachiever the estimated cost of education. I believe both types of loans allow defferement of payment while in a residency program for about four years. Hope this helps and if not I strongly recommend a consultation with an accountant.
