Send it in. First of all, do not stress over you MCAT score too much, for admission to Saba it is not required, it's optional. However, I had a chance to read a great post on this forum (from an administrator) and when going through the selection process of prospective students, the admissions commitee takes into consideration 13 different factors, your GPA is just one of them. So go for it, send it in, I wish you all the best, and have a great holiday.
PS I am hoping for May :)
