Whether or not the class notes are offered or not is not the issue at hand. I find it humorous that the person asking this question wanted to know if notes are provided to weed through the material that is needed to pass the test. You will learn that medicine is not "textbook". I wish I could ask my patients, "What do I need to know to diagnose your disease".
The fact of the matter is that you should learn as much as possible because you do not know what you will need in the future. As to focusing on what you need for the boards, with a lack of MDs as professors at Saba, few professors have ever taken the USMLE therefore, they really do not know what material is tested.
