I'm still over here in the US, and I'm yet to leave for Saba for the upcoming term. So, I can only comment after what I heard.
Yes, some lady who's also a restaurant owner does offer membership to those who are interested. I must also warn you about this: several students have complained to the administration as to how she has allegedly taken advantage of some fellow students.
