      I was having a hard time too deciding which loan to use, but I am considering other private loans. You might want to check that out too. I know one from Citibank that gives loans to medical students with no fees, capitalizes interest while in school, and will defer your loan through residency. There are other private loans out there...do some research and check out your best option. Best of luck!
