I think this was the title of the video, which had an 18 certificate, released in the UK. It features a very atmospheric caning in the first few minutes. Mandy (clearly over 18), is summoned to the teacher's room, and is bent over a school desk. The teacher raises her school skirt, and gives several strokes of the cane to her black-knickered bottom. The part of the cane which makes contact is close to the teachers hand. We also get a close-up of the reddened cheeks through the semi-see-through panties.
During the caning the teacher says thinks like "this is what happens to girls who misbehave", and Mandy says "there must be something in the rules about this"
