In Scotland,Cynthia,we don't wish people well at Funerals either.Further down the posts,when you spoke
of running being good for anxiety,i responded by telling you how i relax.I do Autogenic Exercises.When
i do the exercise which helps me to release any pent-up
anger,i used to punch a pillow.Nowadays,i imagine i'm
spanking your bottom.
