I can understand why and appreciate the fact that you dislike F/F spanking. Just as I would be equally grossed out by M/M spanking. However, I believe many, if not most, heterosexual males prefer F/F spanking. I think most straight men, as myself, do not like having another man intrude on their fantasies. This could also apply to movie scenes.
As for a couple of my favorites: one of my all time favorites is the paddling scene from Sorority Babes In The Slimeball Bowl-A-Rama.(Ihave always been fascinated with sorority paddling) But as I`m sure you are well aware, that`s another F/F. So how about commenting on Love Crimes and Live Nude Girls which are a couple of my M/F favorites.
