Cut to scene of said boyfriend trying to fix car - cut back to what should have been daughter across father's knees or at least ruefully rubbing bottom post spanking - but oh no! Whole family sat together with mother saying father is to blame and daughter quite obviously NOT spanked!! Great opportunity missed - or did it end up on the cutting room floor?
