You'll notice in my post I used the word, "aleged", (which I should have spelt, 'Alleged'), when I described the scene. I saw heaps of "Please Sir" but despite straining my 'memory banks', don't recall any spanking either! All I remember is Mr. Dunstable threatening to belt 'Den' at every opportunity, sadly.
I was going on entries from various chat forum's where others had reported a classroom scene where Mr. Hedges spanked his fiance & got a few sweats in just prior to the class bursting in interrupting proceedings. The posters claimed her knickers were visible once bent over his knee. Moreover, afterwards Mr. Hedges then stumbled over a few words trying to make an excuse to the pupils re what they were doing.
What seemed to give their version credibility was more than 1 poster recalled the moment. Were these posters fantasising, thinking wishfully or innocently suffering the effects of poor recollection over many years, I wonder?
It's hard to argue with you, Smack, you always seem to have such a grasp of things! If only we had a Smack in every corner of the globe, nothing would get past us. Keep up the good work,
