It seems most of the cartoon characters I've seen spanked are "boys"...that does have limited appeal, I was imprinted early, but where are the "girls"?
Back in the 80s, there was an episode of "Voltron", one of the many Giant Japanese Robots piloted by a costumed crew clones, wherein a Princess was arguing that she should be allowed to take the place of one of the injuted Robot Pilots-- Suddenly her childhood nanny arrived, flipped the Princess over her lap and spanked her in front of everyone to try to dissuade her from such a dangerous mission, while the rest of the crew watched and laughed.
The rest all seem to be guys... Woody Woodpecker smacked by his Granny, Porky Pig by a giant Octopus, Popeye while he pretended to be William Tell's son, Popeye's nephews, Oswald Rabbit (whose Mom dropped his overalls and made bright pink handprints on his wiggling butt). that Tex Avery bear George (paddled by Junior for throwing away his potentially forest fire causing cigarrette), and several one-shot characters.
But has anyone ever seen other female cartoon characters spanked?
