It happened at the 10/30/99 House Show in Dayton, Ohio. After the Candido/Dudley match, Dawn Marie jumped in the ring to threaten Tammy with the paddle again. Francine rushed the ring and was having her way with Dawn Marie before Tammy turned on her and hit her with her purse. They set up Francine for her paddling after that. You can find it at RF Video.
