Joe I followed Tigers advice and had know problems. As soon as I had chosen a password and user name I was accepted straight away. Make sure your Cookies are enabled. You can not enter the sight if your cookies are not enabled. That might be the problem. You might also try registering again with a different user name and password and see if you are accepted. Apart from that I don't know what to suggest. But like you I was getting frustrated and then suddenly it all came together, so don't give up. Fox.
