I loved Scottish Surfer's reference to a spanking that featured in the U.K. newspapers, front page no less! (Wouldn't that be a classic to dig up!)
Excuse me if I'm getting off topic for this site but I was curious if anyone has spotted any other spankings in news print, staged or genuine?!
I recall once watching a T.V. special called, "Where Are They Now", in which Peter Luck interviewed a lady called Sandra Hilder. Her claim to fame was sneaking on board a U.S. naval ship when it docked in Australia when she was in her late teens. During the story they showed a newspaper cutting of Sandra receiving a right-handed spanking draped over the knee of an American sailor. Sandra was beautifully positioned with her nose nearly touching the floor. The 'squid' had a massive smile from ear to ear. Sandra had a look of, "I'm looking forward to this!" The headline read, "Sandra is Spanked". As a wild guess, the incident possibly occurred in the late 60's!? At the end of the interview, Peter asked Sandra if she would have changed anything. Her response was an emphatic, "No, not a thing!" The show was sadly never repeated.
I also had a friend show me a newspaper cutting from the local press of Whyalla, South Australia which featured an add for a musical in which she had performed. It featured an attractive lady looking very surprised bent over in standing wearing a jester's costume awaiting a paddle to be brought down upon her buttocks. (I wonder what musical?!)
Another great moment featured the Adelaide Uni Science Association Newsletter which showed a well photographed spanking which had genuinely occurred on one of their camps away. What was great was I knew both the male spanker and female spankee. The spanker has rather casual with cigarette still in mouth and the was spankee reacting nicely!
I'm curious if anyone else have spotted or even preserved any tabloid spankings,
Jindabyne.
