I have some specific memories of Frontier Circus, Tales of the Vikings and Temple Houston, but after forty one years for the oldest of the three, some detail has gone.
I wasn't much into tv at that time, because I was a college student and thought most tv was for the undereducated and additionally it was still possible in those days for an articulate young man to incorporate a spanking or two into the usual and accepted patterns of petting and necking so long as he kept the spanking erotic and didn't let it get out of control.
-"Tales of the Vikings" was a 39 episode 1960 British Production. As I recall, it took place inside a tent, a Viking Princess was spanked otk for misbehaving. She was wearing one of those long Viling dresses. Sorry I can't recall much else..it was a long time ago.
It may also be possible that I have the spanking confused with spankings I may have seen in "Sir Lancelot" and "Robin Hood" which played on US tv in the late 50's and early 60's. I'll bet all three had at least one M/F spanking.
-"Frontier Circus" was a short lived 26 episode 1962 tv show about an 1880's circus. In one episode, "The Fabulous Durango's, one of the young Durango women gets two spankings. One is otk outside a circus (too dark to be a good scene) wagon and one later on inside the wagon.
In the inside spanking scene, she is pushed face down on her bed and recieves about a half dozen smacks on the bottom. What I remembrer and particularly like about this scene is the sound of the smacks. They are very good.
One or both scenes are included in Cinema Swats 4 or 5.
-"Temple Houston" was another short lived early 1960's series with a spanking scene. Julie Parrish, gets spanked otk style while playing at age 24,the wild teenage charge of a western lawyer in an episode titled the "Guardian". She gets spanked once and is threatened several times.
I particularly like the ending scene where Temple attempts to stop one of her tantrums by picking up a hairbrush and waving it in front of her...she steps back and puts her hand on her backside...and rubs it as if remembering a recent encounter with that very same hair brush.
