What is all this tripe about moving on you have been giving us in the cartoon group?To think i have just put a couple more pictures up for you.I'll try and help you to put some up.However,i am still a learner
and don't yet know how to put up a personal picture.
Recently,i joined a group which helps you to get in touch with former school friends.I sent an e-mail to this guy who has chosen not to respond,rather irritating because years ago he spotted me in the city centre and went out of his way to get my attention.I didn't snub him,like he seems to be doing to me now.I just have to allow for the possibility of recent illness.At first,when there was no response i thought he was just on holiday.

One Shrew Sees Another: KMK

by Kate, Not Just an Ordinary Kate!!!

Tonight I saw KMK at the Shubert . . I had crabbed about it so much that a guy from the modeling agency I use took me . . it was cast party night . . so, he rented me a period costume and a long red wig . . and I went as Kate the fair . . He had me made up . . and I was a great shrew . . . he went as guess who? Kate's adversary . . . .

As Bill Shakespere would say, the play's the thing . . it was wonderful . . she was fantastic . . yelling . . shouting . . . tongue out all the time . . . to the scene itself . . . first, she gets a huge swat as the fight begins . . bit scream . . bending over . . great connection . . she kicks him . . hits him with a plate . . knocks off his hat . . punches him in the belly . . . great screaming and fuming . . tantrum to shock the world . . . loud . . but mouth . . hair waving around . . now does she deserve a spanking???

He sits on the table . . she swings at him and misses . . . grabs her wrist . . gets he belly down on the table . . . their eyes meet . . she screams . . he chuckles . . pulls her over his knee . . screams and kicks . . bounces up from his knee . . he holds her down . . he legs are hanging over the table . . target ready . . up go the dresses and pettycoats . . one by one . . there it is . . encased in knee length pantaloons . . bows and all . . he looks at it . . she screams . . smack! yell! Laugh! Smack! yell! Smack! loud yell! Curtain . . . curtain up . . she is rubbing the area attacked with her dresses up . . just a few seconds . . he preaches to her . . she fusses . . . hits him again . . "I couldn't tame you as a wife, but as an actress Lilly, I will".

Just as good as it can be . . . great shrew . . great spanking . . .

Cast party . . . date introduces ME as a "world class shrew" . . . others in costume . . . honestly . . I was the second best Kate at the party . . My make up was great . . the red wig went below my waist . . eyes were angry . . mouth overdone . . I got to dance with some of the dancers in the cast . . . the REAL kate is taller than me . . but I am PRETTIER!!!

Here I am . . in costume . . . 3 am typing this to you . . . . hate to change . . . and yes, I got about 5 swats in the rear at the party after the cast left from guys who couldn't resist after a glass or two . . .

So, Lilly, you must shower and go to bed . . you would be proud of me tonight . . I am a pretty good shrew after all . . . .

I loved that episode of Topper! Unfortunately, I only saw it once back in the '60s. Another movie where the spankee had dificulty sitting was Blue Hawaii. The scene at the beach at night fades out with Elvis Presley sapnking Jenny Maxwell and then, when the next scene fades in with a close-up of her derriere perched on some pillows. A well-meaning Angela Lansbury expresses concern that the young lady could've gotten a head cold and she replies that she got just the opposite.

More on 'Spanking Elvis'

Hi Not Me & Boom,
Excuse me getting overly pedantic, Boom, but it was Nancy Walters playing the school teacher, Miss Prentiss, who enquired to Jenny Maxwell re if she had a head cold and was jovially informed, "No Mam; just the opposite!". Angela Lansbury was certainly in the film, though, but not as a part of Jenny's touring school group.
I read somewhere where Jenny explained some years later the scene took 3 takes, (what a thorough director!) on that tight wet dress so those cushions may have been quite important, and not just for the scene!?
Over here in Australia, spanking hasn't been as bigger part of our culture as it appears to have been almost everywhere else, especially OTK by hand, so it comes as a slight surprise and amusement to know that cushions and reluctance to sit down often followed spanking. But I guess for many of you, it wasn't uncommon to notice someone in this predicament & read between the lines!? I guess there's no 'hiding it', (Cynthia style pun)?!
About a decade back, there was an effort to introduce "Hellfire" clubs to some of our capitals. Really pioneering stuff for us. Unfortunately, they featured spanking with a warp towards leathers, etc., but I gathered just fun spanking away from all that heavy crap was 'on the cards' too. My Adelaide was to have been fourth in line to get one but it was blocked by public lobbying. They tried to establish it too close to a fine Catholic girl school for one thing. I think the other 3 clubs may have faded into oblivion as well.
So why mention the "Hellfire" clubs? Just that one night on variety TV, they featured a story from the Melbourne branch which showed some fun female spankee OTK for about 2 swats, (all the censors allow them to show here), in between the less palatable stuff. They had theme nights and this night they bragged about their "Spanking Elvis" party inspired by the Jenny Maxwell spanking incident. Could be worth reviving!

Ray reminds us of "Champagne for Caesar," where Ronald Coleman plays Beauregard Bottomley, a genius with a mission to destroy the new TV quiz shows by going on and breaking the bank. The evil sponsor (Vincent Price) sends Flame O'Neill (Celeste Holm) to find Beauregard's weakness, and she learns that he has trouble with a fine point of the theory of relativity. Of course that shows up among the questions -- giving Flame's game away -- but before Beauregard's opponent is declared the winner, the studio gets a phone call from Albert Einstein, who was watching, to say that his answer was right after all.

Anyhow, Beauregard goes storming over to Flame's apartment just as she is on the phone with the sponsor. He picks up her hairbrush and starts for her. We see her backing up and trying desperately to talk him out of it. Then, unfortunately, they cut to the other end of the line, where Price doesn't know exactly what's going on but still enjoys what he hears. Back at the apartment, Beauregard picks up the phone and says, "Miss O'Neill is having bottomley trouble." He then asks Flame to sit down, and she replies, "Instead of sitting, may I lean?"

Don't forget "McLintock," where after Duke is through with Maureen, he rolls her off onto the ground in a sitting position. She's overcome with rage, but then suddenly the feeling comes back in her bottom and she winces.

In "Blondie Hits the Jack Pot," the spoiled daughter of a local rich man come over to apologize for the way she's been acting and then asks to speak to Blondie in private. Going out to the kitchen, the girl explains that she doesn't have a mother of her own to give her a good spanking when she needs one. We then see the family listening as unmistakable sounds are coming from the kitchen. The two ladies come out and Blondie announces that dinner is ready and invites the girl to "sit down with us." The girl replies that she'd love to but she'd really rather eat standing up.

Otherwise, it is indeed mysterious how fast spankees appear to recover their ability to sit comfortably. But probably the worst impossibility comes from "Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama," where Brinke Stevens and Michelle Bauer get what appears to be a serious initiation paddling and are then sent to the showers -- where we see their bottoms completely unmarked.

Heather Graham on SNL

Tonight's episode of Saturday Night Live on the Comedy Central network -- a rerun from barely a year ago -- featured hottie-of-the-week Heather Graham taking a fun spanking from two of the series regulars. Of course it wasn't an over-the-knee thing, nothing that structured; but she bends over and allows -- practically BEGS -- Chris Kattan and Cheri Oteri to give her a handspanking that covers, I'd say, maybe 10 or 12 smacks. Nothing hard, but just fun.

Got it on Super-VHS tape, after "stalking" this episode for a year.

This seems to be the new approach to mainstream spankings, as served up by TV and the movies. OTK purists, and that includes me, may squawk -- but the fact that we get to see ANY spankings in the public media these days has to be taken as a positive sign.

The other night, on the HBO program "The Mind of the Married Man," there was a dream sequence involving three lovely and underdressed ladies, and there was some spanking going on in their little menage-a-trois. I believe Cynthia mentioned this on another site. But the "spanking" is, again, unstructured and seems like merely a grace note to the general naughtiness. Apparently our society still hasn't decided whether we want to confront spanking per se; but the idea is there, it's being explored, and it's going to be fun to watch where it leads.

Monogram film, 1946. Spankers are Kane Richmond, who tames Barbara Reed; and George Chandler, who wallops Dorothea Kent. Interestingly, this was Ms. Kent's second screen spanking, exactly 10 years after her first one -- when she was paddled by Jean Arthur (that's right, Anonymous, it was F/F! Horrors!) in Columbia's "More Than a Secretary."

Methinks Ms. Kent rather liked the prone position.

And the reason this scene has never been on "Cinema Swats" is the reason you gave: It is too dark. But hey, I know the guy who produces those things, maybe on your behalf I can talk him into including it next time.

Caesar was actually the parrot voiced over by the immortal Mel Blanc, later to carve his name in animation history as the voice behind most every Bugs Bunny character,

I can remember,Debbie,Jane Eyre being on T.V.but i don't remember any spankings,though i did not follow the story faithfully,all the way through.If you are interested,there is a tape available from Amazon.co.uk

"Married Man" Series on HBO

How do I find these things and you guys don't? After the Tom Hanks "Band of Brothers" on HBO is a series called "Married Man" or something. It is going to have swats, spankings, etc. . . at the start of last night's episode three guys are walking to work and talking about doing a video in bed with three girls . . then the flash to the scene . . the girls are wrestling in a bed . . one then spanks the other right there in bed . . Now, I think f/f spanking sucks but some of you guys may not.

I think the lead guy will spank his secretary and wife on the show eventually. The language is pretty tough but the women on the show are fantastic. Now, guys, why don't you find some for me.

PS: is the "Westerns Channel" a cable channel? I can't get it on TiVo if it is.

I will try it. With TiVo I don't even need to know when it is on. I am recording "Married Man" and "Shipmates" and am getting quite a collection of things that have to do with mean and famale behinds. I worked out the "grainy" problem which had to do with a connection someone fixed for me. The problem is that some of it is on video, some I am getting on DVD, and some on a floppy disk. So it's nearly impossible for me to ever see what I have. It takes forever.

I set TiVo to pick up the things you guys mention and I get absolutely tons of Bonanzas and other things that I could not watch between now and when I am 100 years old so I don't even know if I have anything with spankings on it. And even if I do see something, it is impossible to remember where I saw it.

Since I was in Colorado with Peaches I must have set TiVo to get everything from Zoro to Bat Masterson and back again. I even get the dubbed ones from all over the world. And some of them actually do have spankings in them . . but I don't have the attention span or the time to wade through it all with the different formats, speeds, etc.

Some of the programs have the spanking cut out and some have it in. Some have it up to the point where the actress is put over the guys knee and then it cuts out. I have one from "Little House on the Prarie" like that where the father who is a storekeeper takes the little blonde girl upstairs with a hairbrush and puts her over his knee and then it cuts out. I don't know if she really gets spanked or whether it really cuts out.

The Westerns Channel is a cable TV channel. It is Channel #523 on my cable (AT&T Broadband). It is owned by Starz-Encore. It can be purchased either separately (as I do) or can be purchased as part of the Starz package (12 channels). It has alot of good stuff.

I will try for it. I have a harder time getting things from cable with TiVo. I have cable and a sattelite system and TiVo is hooked up to both of them. I have a major problem managing what I get. For example, I will now set TiVo for the movie you mentioned. I may get it from cable or from the dish.

Then, TiVo tells me it (she/he) found it and recorded it. Then, I gotta find it because it records it wherever my system has enough space to record. It will overwrite the oldest thing on anything so now I get on the trail. Sometimes TiVo keeps the recording in it's memory . . then, when I try to play something, it will record over what I am trying to play. It is like the devil has my TiVo.

Then, some guy comes over and wants to record a football game somewhere. Now I have a football game between a series of bonanza and perhaps a Roy and Dale movie . . . life was simple when my old pop only had a 45 rpm record player.

Gene Autry TV show Spanking

"Doublecross Valley" the episode in which Gene Autry spanks Gail Davis will show on the Westerns Channel this Friday at 7 PM U.S. Eastern Daylight Time.

The episode is from 1950 and is directed by George Archainbaud, who directed many Autry TV episodes and a number of classic western feature movies including several Hopalong Cassidy movies.

The spanking itself, for any unfamiliar with it, comes at the very end of the episode. In my opinion, it is a good one, at least for mainstream TV.

Double Cross Valley Spanking Scene

The visual side of the spanking scene in "Double Cross Valley" is great. I'd give it four stars any day but the audio stinks.

If you record the scene on a digital recorder, playback the scene ending at a very slow speed. You will notice that Gail Davis seems to be in no hurry to get up off of Autry's lap. They both seem to be enjoying the spanking. In fact she appears to deliberately put her self back down across his knees for more smacks.

Gail Davis was also spanked in an early 1950's tv episode of the "Cisco Kid".

She had the perfect body shape for a spanking.

Does anyone know if Gail Davis was spanked in any other tv shows or movies?

I was just watching WWF's Raw is War and Rock threatened to give Stephanine a "birthday" spanking if she interfered with his match. Alas, she did get in on the match. He caught her but she managed to escape. Do you think the story line will continue? If so, what do you think will happen? You did not see this live. The next match was just on tele here. No spanking . . but it does come out that Rock is gay. He kisses the "beast man" who is in the front row. then, rock discloses that he is really a woman and wants to run away with the "hairy killer" man. Later, "hairy killer" returns and spanks Rock who is not dressed in a beautiful long dress.

Watch it the next time. It gets exciting. I am a Brit and it really goofs me off. I sort of knew Rock was gay but now that he is kissing "hairy killer" I know about it.
