Wellness Nurse

Job Requirements:
* Complete quarterly service plans for residents
* Coordinate pharmacy services.
* Provide information, resources and advice for residents to enhance quality of life
* Work closely with Executive Director and Department Heads to communicate changing health status of residents
* Provide in-service for associates on an ongoing basis
* Complete TB tests for new staff
