CNAs – Join a revolution to change the way assisted living Elders are cared for. Baptist Village – Northeast Phoenix (Loop 101 and Cave Creek Road) is looking for caregivers for their new assisted living homes. Each house is home to 10 assisted living elders. Wonderful elder-caregiver ratio. Full training and certification provided by the employer – Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers, Inc. – locally owned and operated for over 30 years in the Phoenix metro area. Training includes: Caregiver Certification, Culinary and Medication Management Training, Food Handler’s Card, First Aid and CPR as well as specialized Green House training in team building, self-managed work teams, activities and Eden Alternative philosophy. Who should apply? CNAs preferred, however, those with medical professional background (Certified Caregivers and Medical Assistants) also encouraged to apply. Background checks on all candidates.
