CNAs – Join a revolution to change the way assisted living Elders are cared for. Baptist Village – Northeast Phoenix (Loop 101 and Cave Creek Road) is looking for caregivers for their new assisted living homes. Each house is home to 10 assisted living elders. Wonderful elder-caregiver ratio. Full training and certification provided by the employer – Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers, Inc. – locally owned and operated for over 30 years in the Phoenix metro area. Training includes: Caregiver Certification, Culinary and Medication Management Training, Food Handler’s Card, First Aid and CPR as well as specialized Green House training in team building, self-managed work teams, activities and Eden Alternative philosophy. Who should apply? CNAs preferred, however, those with medical professional background also encouraged to apply. Background checks on all candidates.
