CONTINUATION OF THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO DOCTRINES SERIES

Q. What is Gospel of Manalo Doctrine Lesson No.21 and what are its fallacies?
A. The following is an excerpt of the Gospel of Manalo Doctrine Lesson No.21:

"LESSON NO.21 - OTHER PROHIBITIONS
Theme: God forbids the eating of blood and intermarriage with non member.
Summary: The members of the Church of Christ believe that it is God who forbids the eating of blood and prohibits marriage with those of other faiths. Elopement is an act of disrespect for parents and this is a sin in the eyes of God."

THE FALLACIES OF THIS GOSPEL OF MANALO DOCTRINE #21 -

Felix Y. Manalo has enacted two prohibitions for the Iglesia ni Cristo members. These two prohibitions are abstaining from food with cooked blood (dinuguan)and not marrying non members. According to the Bible, these two prohibitions are doctrines of demons (1 Tim.4:1-3). Let us read this:

"Now the Spirit expressly says that in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with hot iron, forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth." - 1 Tim.4:1-3 NKJV

Did we find the two prohibitions of Manalo included in the doctrines of demons? Absolutely. The verse says, "forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created..," Therefore, forbidding to marry (doesn't require any preconditions) or abstaining from foods such as the "dinuguan" or food with cooked blood, are two of the demon doctrines. Also, as exposed in prior part of the expose, the Iglesia possesses the additional two demon doctrines of speaking lies in hypocrisy and having conscience seared with hot iron.

Take note also that the verse specifies when there is departure from the faith, which is, "in the latter times." When did Manalo founded his Iglesia ni Cristo cult? It was founded also in the latter time (1914) after Christ founded His Way church. Which is latter, 1st century or 19th century? Nineteenth century is the latter! Manalo's cult is the one that had appeared in the latter times. Manalo can not escape this that he is the one who had departed from the faith as evidenced by his teaching of the four demon doctrines. Why do you think Felix and Erano teach doctrines of demons? They are inhabited by demons, that's why. Do demons or unclean spirits able to inhabit con men such as Felix and Erano Manalo? Oh yes, let's read:

"For He said "Come out of the man, unclean spirit!" The He ask him, "What is your name?" And he answered saying, "My name is Legion; for we are many." Also he begged Him earnestly that He would not send them out of the country. "Send us to the swine, that we may enter them" And at once Jesus gave them permission. Then the unclean spirits went out and entered the swine (there were about two thousand); and the herd ran violently down the steep place into the sea, and drowned in the sea." -Mk.5:8-13 NKJV

Imagine, a con man has a capacity to be inhabited by 2,000 demons? It is no wonder why Erano with his 2,000 Legion of demons residing inside him would not ran out of deception teachings.

What is the sure proof that abstaining from food with cooked blood or dinuguan is only a doctrine of the demons? The sure proof is that this commandment can be withdrawn at any moment at will by Erano as when he ordered his sleeping cell members secretly serving as soldiers of the Philippines to eat the dinuguan when it becomes their day's menu because Manalo was tipped off that then President Marcos would use the dinuguan as a test to identify Iglesia ni Cristo soldiers serving in the armed forces.

Q. What are the other deceptions by Manalo incorporated in his Gospel of Manalo Doctrine No.21?
A. The following deceptions in questions and answers format are incorporated:

1."Q.Who forbids the eating of blood and since when has this prohibition been made?
A. God forbade it during the time of Noah...Gen.9:1-4
Note: God stated which things may be eaten and which should not be eaten. He forbids the eating of blood.
2. Q. Has this prohibition continued to be enforced until the Christian era?
A. Do not eat blood...Acts 21:25 TEV
3. Q. Why does God forbid the eating of blood?
A. The blood is life...Deut.12:22-23
Note: Blood is not given as food.

7. Q. Thus, what does God command us if we slaughter animals for food?

Conclusion: Therefore we should now stay away from eating of blood or whatever food mixed with blood if we do not want to become an enemy of God and be expelled from His people."

EXPLANATION OF THE DECEPTIONS BY MANALO -

1. On Gen.9:1-4

"So God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them. "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth." And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be on every beast of the earth, on every bird of the air, on all that move on the earth, and on all the fish of the sea. They are given into your hand. Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs. But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood." -Gen.9:1-4 NKJV

Take note that what is prohibited is eating flesh with its blood because the blood is its life. When can the blood becomes life giving? It is life giving at its fresh or liquid stage. Therefore, what is prohibited is eating the fresh liquid blood. Blood ceases to be life giving in its coagulated or non liquid form. Bloods donated for transfusion use are preserved in its liquid form so that it can be used by other people as it is life sustaining only in its liquid form. If not preserved, liquid blood turns into non liquid form ( a gel) or coagulated form and can not be used as a life giver.

2. On Acts 21:25 TEV

"But as for the Gentiles who have become believers, we have sent them a letter telling them we decided that they must not eat any food that has been offered to idols, or any blood, or any animal that has been strangled, and that they must keep themselves from sexual immorality." -Acts 21:25 TEV

Manalo has gone back to his demon habit of Bible switching. This time he uses again the Today's English Version for easy perversion. Let's go to the New King James:

"But concerning the Gentiles who believe, we have written and decided "that they should observe no such thing except that they should keep themselves from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality." -Acts 21:25 NKJV

Why did Pervert Erano used the TEV? He wants his demon doctrine of not eating food with mixed cooked blood to have biblical basis. In the TEV, there is mention of food while in the NKJV, there is no food mentioned. What is commanded is to keep away from such four enumerated things.

1) things offered to idols;
2) from blood (liquid state);
3) things strangled;
4) sexual immorality.

Probably, Erano thought he can avoid the sexual immorality of his father by switching to the TEV, but, no he can't. Sexual immorality is not erasable in all bible versions and translations. In order to erase sexual immorality, Erano needs to write his own Bible.

According to the verse, the Gentiles should observe no such thing. Which thing is this? It is the circumcision thing. Jews observe circumcision but Gentiles are not required to observe it. There are only four things that are required of the Gentiles or non Jews. Which of these four thing is Felix Manalo guilty of getting near and even touching them? Sexual immorality? Yes, he raped several single and married female members of his cult. Things offered to idols? Yes, he is the keeper of the monies offered by members to the Iglesia ni Cristo idol. From blood? Yes, bloods of sacrificed infants are spilled when he required parents to offer their children as human sacrifices to the Iglesia idol. Things strangled? These are the adult cult members whose bloods were not spilled since they did not experience being sacrificed by their non Iglesia parents. These were strangled by Manalo when they received baptism in the cult.

FOODS THAT CAN BE EATEN -

What are the foods that can be eaten? It is important to know this so that we can not be deceive by the demons of Manalo. Let's read the foods that can be eaten:

"For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer." -1 Tim.4:4 NKJV

There it is! Now we can never be deceived by the demons of Manalo. Accordingly, all creatures of God are good to be eaten. When the Bible says ALL CREATURES OF GOD, it is All Creatures of God without any exceptions. Also, it is stated tht nothing is to be refused (in case you have still doubts) if it is received with thanksgiving. How do we receive it with thanksgiving? Pray to God and thank for it. Supposing there is cooked blood in that food, or supposing it is a cat's meat, monkey meat, or a beetle, a lizard, or a worm, will you refuse to eat them? Supposing you are in the wilderness and you have no civilized food to eat, are you going to refuse eating them? No! Don't refuse to eat them, otherwise, you will die. What should you do is pray to God and it will be sanctified through your prayer.

3. On Deut.12:22-23

"Just as the gazelle and the deer are eaten, so you may eat them. Only be sure that you do not eat the blood, for the blood is the life; you may not eat the life with the meat." -Deut.12"22-23 NKJV

The blood not to be eaten here is again the liquid or fresh blood because it is the liquid blood that is the life. We can not eat the meat with its life sustaining blood or liquid blood. Therefore, life sustaining blood or liquid blood is not a food.

4. On Lev.17:11 TEV

""The life of every living thing is in the blood, and that is why the Lord has commanded that all blood be poured out on the altar to take away the people's sins." -Lev.17:11 TEV

Again, the blood here is the fresh or liquid blood. Only a liquid or fresh blood can be poured on the altar. Coagulated blood or blood transformed into solid or gelatin can not be used in the altar and is useless even in transfusions in hospitals. The verse is obviously being used by Manalo in conjunction with his demon doctrine of not eating "dinuguan."

5. On Heb.10:1

"For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect." -Heb.10:1 NKJV

The bloods of animals are not perfect sacrifice for the atonement of sins because they are to be done continually year after year by the Israelites. Therefore, bloods of animals foreshadows only what is coming to be good things which will become permanent or perfect atonement of sins.

6. On Heb.9:13-14

"For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"

What foreshadows the blood of animals is the blood of Jesus Christ which has now replaced the imperfect blood of animals. The blood of Christ is a permanent atonement of sins of mankind because His spilling of His blood will not be repeated year after year as was the case with animal blood. Christ died once for all (Heb.10:10). His blood sacrifice is good enough for past, present, and future sins of mankind. Does this mean all people will be saved? No! It only means the benefits are there but you must claim it in order to avail of the benefits. Unfortunately, only those chosen by God will claim the benefits. The proof of this is that believing Jesus Christ and confessing His name is already printed in the Bible but there are people such as the Iglesia ni Cristo cult members who continue to believe in another person by the name of Felix Y. Manalo.If God does not want them, it is impossible that they will ever believe Jesus Christ. A dead person (spiritually dead because of his trespasses and sins) can never do anything to save himself unless he is given life by God. Look at any corpse or better look at Lazarus of Bethany who was a stinking corpse (Jn.11:1-44) made alive only when Christ gave him life. But Christ will accept only those given to Him by His Father.

What is the procedure used by Felix Manalo to go to God? A robber that he is, he had used another doorway (his cult) bypassing Christ in order to reach God. What do you do to a robber who comes crashing through your apartment windows? You will call the police to have the robber and rapist arrested. The robber works only in darkness because he is from the dominion of darkness.

7. On Lev.17:12-13

"Therefore I said to the children of Israel. 'No one among you shall eat blood, nor shall any stranger who dwells among you eat blood.' Whatever man of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, who hunts and catches any animal or bird that may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with dust." -Lev.17:12-13

Not eating blood pertains only to Israel and their stranger dwellers. The fresh blood of animals must be poured to the ground and buried. Take note that only the fresh or liquid blood can be poured. And only fresh or liquid blood cannot be eaten. The command does not pertain to the Gentiles.

8. On Lev. 17:10 -

"And whatever man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, who eats any blood, I will set my face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among the people." -Lev.17:10 NKJV

This command pertains only to Israel and their dweller strangers. It does not pertain to the Gentiles or non Jews who are not dwellers of the Israelites. An Israelite or a dweller of an Israelite must not eat blood, otherwise, they will be cut off from their co-Israelites.

By the way, a solid or coagulated blood, is it still a blood that can be poured? No! How about cooked blood? Are we allowed to eat cooked blood? Yes, we are. We have been eating cooked blood ever since the day we have been eating meats. Cooked blood is always present in the meats that we eat although it is not visible by our naked eyes. Only vegetarians are the ones who don't eat cooked blood because they eat only vegetables.

ARGUMENT THAT LIQUID BLOOD CAN BE DRINK ONLY -

For those who say that fresh or liquid blood can be drink only because it is liquid, they ought to know that blood is not drank but eaten. How do we know it? Reread the Bible. Let's read the first sentence of Lev.17:12:

"Therefore I said to the children of Israel, 'No one among you shall eat blood..," Therefore, blood is eaten not drank. Theoretically, what you can drink only is water which is composed only of oxygen and hydrogen abbreviated as H20 or 1 hydrogen and 2 oxygens. These two elements would not change --water you take and water you release through the urine.What about the things that you eat? You eat them as food. The food is digested and broken down into its organic and non organic components which are used as fuel (energy) through the bloodstream flowing through your millions of cells of your body. The undigestable organic fibers are released as waste (feces) while the excess water are released as urine.

You can not drink blood because it has both solid and liquid components. The solids are composed mainly of the red blood cells constituting 45% of the volume while 55% is water thickened by protein, non protein, and nitrogenous substances, electrolytes , and respiratory gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide. It is really a very heavy meal if we eat fresh blood. Imagine alone of the 5.2 million of living cells for every milliliter of blood that you eat. Do you know of any creature that eats blood? Mosquitos and vampires! Do you think mosquitos and vampires like to eat cooked blood? No way, they want fresh and hot liquid blood direct from your body. That is why fresh blood must not be eaten, otherwise, you become a vampire.
