You talk like an INC, think like an INC and believe like an INC!

INCquisitor:

"You only have to listen at the messages delivered during your worship services and look at your practices to know that the INC no longer resembles the first-century church that Christ built. "

BA:
So you are looking at the "practices" and not about the "doctrines" that should "resemble" the 1st century church to qualify as the true church.

Do you believe then RCC has the same "practices" never mind the doctrines that it should be called the true followers of Christ?

If not, which among the present crop of churches comes closer to resemble the true doctrines, never mind the practices, taught by Jesus Christ?

INCquisitor:

The only doctrine that the INC has in common with the first-century church is the doctrine that the Father is the only true God and Jesus is a man. But the Jews teach this doctrine too! Other than this, the INC resembles more the Jewish religion in outward piety and the RCC in pomposity.

The first-century church of Christ did not observe "congregational worship service" as worship to God. The first-century church of Christ had only one Lord. The first-century church of Christ did not pray to Jesus. In fact, apostle Paul intructed the first-century church of Christ to "make their requests known to God" (Phil. 4:6). These are but a few of the false doctrines that the INC founded by FYUM teaches.

Close is not enough. Any church that teaches ANY false doctrine is NOT the true church. What business does light have to do with darkness? I cannot think of any church that Christ will save if he comes today.

Bored Again:

If your words were true that God's last messenger was Jesus Christ, then you are implying that God was so cruel He left his chosen flock waylaid by the fierce wolves dressed in sheeps' clothng (mat 7:15).

INCquisitor:

Matt. 7:15 is God's word. Therefore, it is God's will that the church that Christ built will, in the future, be waylaid by savage wolves. I don't see this as God's cruelty. Rather, I see this as God's way of making sure that those who will reside in the Holy City with Him are indeed holy and unblemished. After all, only God knows when judgment day will come.

Bored Again:

You were implying that for more than 2,000 years already, God didn't sent any to guide his people to attain salvation as he has promised.

INCquisitor:

Do you believe God did send someone to guide his people to attain salvation as had promised? If you are not an INC, and you berlieve God did, who was this messenger that God sent?
--------------------------------------
INCquisitor:

2,000 years is only 2 days to God (2 Peter 3:8). If God is "not slack concerning His promise, as some count as slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9), what is another thousand years more before God sends someone to preach the true "gospel of Christ which is God's power unto salvation for everyone who believes?" (Rom. 1:16).

BA:
We are not talking here of God's time but of man's- 2,000 yrs is 2,000 yrs at any reckoning and woe to those sheep without any shepherd- surely they got lost !! So, if God failed in his promise and didn't send "any messenger" after Jesus, what does that phrase meant when it says "He persistently" sends messengers to guide his people? another contradiction?

How do you know God sends his messengers elsewhere to prove about his alleged "persistency"?

INCquisitor:

What do you understand by the word "persistently?" As I said, one day to God is 1000 years to man. God could be "persistent" "daily" or "weekly" depending on his fancy. Who knows? Do you believe your Ka FElix was a messenger sent by God? If he was, then his son, the late EGM had turned away from the light that your Ka Felix had brought!
