Dragon, in Rev. 13:11? I do not know of any. All Oneness theology I am familiar with recognizes that the voice of the Dragon in Rev. 13:11 is an evil voice, even though the Dragon has horns like a lamb, but is definitely not the Lamb of God, is not Jesus Christ.
And most Oneness preachers do not consider the Holy Spirit to be only a force of God, or a power of God, most Oneness preachers consider the HS to be the Father himself, just appearing in a different role or mode than the role of the Father.
So your source is very uninformed about Oneness theology.

        1. That is more correct, although Dynamic Monarchianism should not be confused with Arianism. - Tomas on Jun 26, 2017, 3:54 AM
