OK, so this printing did not italicize 'of God' in 1 John 3:16. That was very bad,

and it was corrected in other editions of KJV which did italicize it. Anyway, putting 'of God' in there showed the trinitarian bias of the Church of England KJV translators, regardless if they italicized it or not. They knew well that the Greek text did not have Theou (of God). And they knew well that it is the Greek text that is inspired by God, not some English translation. They did not claim to be inspired by God in their translation. So at least they were honest that way. They were not like the NWT translators, who claimed wrongly that they were guided by angels. Anyway, both translations show the bias of the translators.
