      I have an ATI AIW 128 Pro using MMC 7.6 in Win98SE thats been working reliably. Could never capture full DVD size and assumed a 1GHZ CPU wasnt quite up to the task. Also dropped frames like crazy trying to capture in AVI format.
      I was sort of forced to upgrade to XP and amazing..I can capture in any format now and not drop frames
