      hi there!
use ulead DVD Movie Factory 2 (trial for 30 days available, more if you consult the web ). on the start screen you chose svcd project. on the next screen "import DVD movie". chose your RAM drive on the PC (sure that you need this).
chose file selection "all files" and then chose the .VRO file to be imported. you can edit but without sound (because panasonic .vro files contain .AC3 sound). you can even create menues!
for extracting various recording session out of the one .VRO-file on your RAM disc the best proggie is panasonic dvd movie album (but available only with newest panny RAM drive ( ). even better just copy the .VRO file to your harddisk first (for better performance).
you could also do it this way:

i tried it and it works! or have several RAM catridges and record every session seperatly and put them on HD at once.
in the end you can chose if you want to burn it immediately (no other burnig tool necessary)or burn an image (which you can prewiew with maybe daemontoolz).
