      in short, delete it. if you downloaded as an svcd then someone simply converted it with the wrong codecs in their system. this is definitely not something you can fix, so don't chase your tail looking for some magic.

      remember when converting avi to svcd if the picture or sound is wrong, your codecs are probably wrong and if you do it with them wrong, you're only going to get junk.
