I get this error when I first try to create my SVCD with my copy of Nero. I can make a menu but when I try to look at it by using Play it is blank. Then when I try to burn my SVCD it gives me an error that it couldn't create the Menu. I've searched everywhere and I can't find this Library, can someone help me or send me a copy of the library. I have a registered copy of Nero but maybe it just didn't install correctly? I reinstalled a few times but no luck. Any Ideas?

I haven't got a solution I'm afraid but have exact same problem. Was just curious if you found an answer. Also do you have experience with the MPEG-2 plug in for SVCD?

Hi Robin

There is a patch for Nero 5.5.1 on the ahead web site which "solves problems with VCD and SVCD creation". Don't know if this will fix your particular problem but if you haven't tried it then it might be worth giving it a go.

Nero provides a commercial Plug-in (Floppy-Version EUR 31 and the e-mail Version for EUR 18).

Just thought others may like to know that I had exactly the same problem. I fixed it by reinstalling Nero.

It seems this library does come bundled with Nero, for some reason though my initial install didn't install it. A reinstall fixed it right up though.

The same thing happens to me, but, I no longer have the original installation disc to reinstall with. Is there any way to get the missed file(s) without reinstalling the whole thing?
