Error: S0027 unable to start capture graph

I'm getting this error message when I try to record or start Instant TV replay in PowerVCRII 3.0. Could some one please help. It was working before I changed my soundcard from Philips Rhythmic Edge to Turtle Beach Santa Cruz. Thanks.

hi, i have the same problem. is it still not working?? i use an ATI 9800 All in Wonder, dont know but i have also static in the sound. or lets say if there is sound the pic is getting bad and if there is no sound the pic is good. kind of weird. hope somebody can help me. thanks, jenny

i have that same ati tv card. you need to get a good ati video card to go with it. they don't say that in their advertisements. i had to buy one. tiger direct is the best source if you're worried about price. also the quality of your sound card believe it or not plays into it too. sound cards have an internal clock, (not a clock you can see). the better the sound card, the more accurate the clock, the better your stuff comes out.
