Problem with Toshiba 210-e

Help Me!!!!!!  (no login)

 
When i play svcd's on my dvd player(Toshiba 210-e) the sound doesnt play in sink with the video tryed disk on Wharfedale M5 and it plays ok. Any ideas?

According to the info on www.vcdhelp.com ( http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdplayers.php?DVDnameid=562&Search=Search&#comments ) it's a firmware problem. I've seen the problem on another player with a Zoran decoder chipset too.

Apparently the firmware can be upgraded to fix it, but only by a dealer.

Toshiba SVCD fix

I have solved this problem for Toshiba SD220E with a patch to VCDImager/VCDEasy. Early reports indicate that this will also solve the problem for the SD210E also. Please view the thread on DVDRhelp
