ALL IN WONDER 8500 BIOS

Hey, I've searched these forums, and I cant find any posts relating to getting a new BIOS for the AIW 8500DV. Would you recommend updating it to run at the 275/275 speed? Would that be too fast? Where do I find a program to actually update the BIOS? and how do i backup the card current BIOS? Sorry about all the questions but any help is appricated!!
