Sound prob after converting

I converted an SVCD to VCD, and for some reason the sound is not 3 seconds ahead of the picture.

I used DVD2AVI to decode the SVCD, and I used TMPGEnc to encode to VCD.

Please help!

thanks

Did you re-encode the audio in Tmpgenc???If you did that might be your problem, tmpgenc does not like encodeing compressed formats and the audio in SVCD is allready mpeg compliant so you should just save the audio from the de-muxed SVCD file and just Mux it with the encoded mpeg file.......
