Critical Vid Tools

What are some of the Fav tools used by forum go'ers for measuring:

1) max bit rate?
2) dropped frame count?
3) audio drift?

Got some evaluating in my near future and want to start learning now. (The forum search function is not working at the moment...)

I usae bitrate viewer for analyzing most of my streams. The drope dframes is either, I didn't notice it or I need to recapture, never really a major concern for me. As for audio drift, if I see it then it is bad. ONce again, not a real issue with my caps.
