Lots of things can cause this. More information would be really helpful if you seriously want help. However, here are a few tips that might help you.
1) Do NOT use CCE to encode audio if you have an AMD CPU
in your PC. It will crash every time due to a bug in CCE. I have no idea if more recent versions of CCE fixed this or not. You really don't need to encode audio with CCE under any circumstances and it's good advice to not do so, AMD CPU or not. Other audio tools are much better.
2) CCE uses a lot of resources on your PC and if you are using it as part of DVD2SVCD, the program Win Tasks might help you. Use Win Tasks to give DVD2SVCD "real time" priority and it should work.
3) Try running CCE in Windows 98 compatibility mode. It may not make any difference, but you could try it.

If none of these help, post back with as much info as possible on your PC and what you are trying to do with CCE when it crashes.

1) well i use dvd2svcd and i think it does not convert audio ! í know that the audio is taken care of first and then the cce encoder starts ...

2) mhmhm actually i leave the program on idle ... i have nothing running but kazaa or cuteftp ... ( firewall and antivirus software )

3) i will try that although i think i have already tried that :S

my computer :
