Procoder Watermark

Using the ProCoder 1.01.35 all transformations to a Canopus DV AVI end with a huge "Canopus" watermark in the upper left corner.
How can I get rid of it?

Use a Registered Version will Probably get rid of the water mark....There is only one Working Cracked Version of ProCoder..and it isn"t a Crack that you download But a whole 19MB Cracked and rewritten Version...

It is the one I use.
However, the water mark is there. Any patches known?

Probably you wanted to upgrade it to latest version at some stage.
And it re-written the protection on your machine.
Search this forum as well as forum.cdrsoft.cc & the answer is already there

Procoder

I've of course studyed all available threads both here and there, but not yet found an answer. This is why I put my question here.
Could it be, that Procoder earlier has made a note in the registry? How can I find out and remove it?

Are you using the Canopus DV-codec that comes with Procoder? I noticed this logo once when I tried encoding a clip with that DV-codec.

Procoder

Yes, it is. It came with the Procoder. As far as I remember it is the version 3.0 of the "Canopus DVBooster Pack Codec", and the watermark appears when encoding with Procoder. Procoder is the last prog installed. Before installing version 1.01.35 I had a 1.00.??, which I uninstalled with the Windows uninstaller. Before installing 1.01.35 I even removed the codec and everything else I found in my browser.

You need to install the fix

The initial release of Procoder from SSG didn't have the fixed version of DV codec. Somebody mentioned that if you replace that DV Codec DLL with the one from the demo version, you will not have watermark problem. Sombody released that too. SSG itlsef later released a patch that has some more DLLs including the DV codec dll. Hope that helps

Luisifer, there is a smallish Urban Paradise7 95k crack that worked fine for me.

I followed your's and certainly Seb's advice and re-read the forum.cdrsoft.cc threads back and forth.
Followed the described procedure: uninstalled Procoder, removed everything from the registry and re-installed even the patched Elysum-dll. No more water marks as long as I use the Procoder or Canopus file converter!
However, using the DVBoster Pack codec for rendering in other applications (MSP and VV3) it still puts a water mark. This is apparently standard and unavoidable?

Anyhow: Thx for your good advice!
