I have been trying to burn svcd that are around 790MB or 79+ minutes with Nero and am having trouble. I can burn smaller svcd such 75+ minutes fine but not the larger ones. I know it can be done b/c other people are burning the same files on a 80 minute CD. What happens is the process starts but at the very end fails and when I take out the CD nothing has been written to it it's still blank. Do you think my cd recorder is too old are something? It is a HP 8100 series that burns at 4x. Does it need to overburn or something and that drive isn't capable of it? I have the latest version of Nero 5.5.9.17. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
it could be too old But I don"t think so..I guess you can buy a new burner...they are really cheap these days ...like I saw on here for $59 Canadian so like $35 US...
