I have the problem, that my TV not supports NTSC. Only PAL is supportet. But I have some SVCD which are in the NTSC format. These SVCDs are only player in black and white. So I need to convert them to PAL.
I cannot switch the DVD player to PAL60 and RGB also doesnt't work.
So how can I convert them?
This Can Be Quite Difficult...The Way I would do it is to Rip the Mpeg2/SVCD files off the CD and on to my Hard drive then Use "AVISynth" or the "Link2Tool" to Frame serve the Mpeg/SVCD file to a Program Called "Advanced NTSC/Pal Converter" it will Convert the file into a Pal DV/AVI file, then I would take the Pal DV/AVI file and frame serve it with AVSYnth to CCE and encode it to Mpeg2/SVCD Pal format, then Burn it to a CD-R as a Pal SVCD...You Might be able to Switch the "Advanced NTSC/Pal Converter" with "ProCoder" which Does AVI/DV Ntsc/Pal conversions..As far as I know there is No Software that Can properly do the NTSC/Pal Conversions in Mpeg format that is why it is converted to AVI...
