I would like to buy a 100 pack of dvd-r and seen some of these on line and wonted to know if they work well with the lf-d321u ? I also seen some of the special prices on marite line and was thinking about getting some of them? Going to use them for video mostly.
I bought a cake box of 50 at a computer fair last week. (cost was about 85 cents each) They worked just fine. No problems at all. My burner is the Panasonic LF-D321 DVD-R burner.
I should caution you that I have also had 100 percent success with really cheap discs (150 burns .. no errors or coasters and all play fine on my stand alone DVD player). Many of these were also the same cheap brands others have had nothing but trouble with.
Point is I guess if you are lucky to have one of those Panasonic DVD burners then you can buy and use about anything. If you have some other brand burner .. all bets are off.
I ordered some of these for 62.00 for 100 of them and shipping was only 6.00 for fedex I did not think that was to bad. Yes I had to look around a lot for that lf-d321u , since it seems to be the best one out there and I was glad to get one.
Hi Patch,
I've had great success with meritline. I get the "ACCU" DVD-R from them. They're a bit more than say the princo or dvd-pro discs, but I've never had a problem with them. A lot of my DVD-R have 4.32G on them too, and it seems it's the outer edge of some of the cheaper discs that have problems. Also have the LF-D321.
