index of scanline out of range

When encoding deep blue sea with tmpgenc i get an error message saying: index of scanline is out of range. This message occurs when the encoding process is at 68%. The movie file is div4-mpeg4 V4 cracked , has a framerate of 29,9700. The audio is a 85-MP3 audio layer.
can anyone help me with this problem please?

This is a Symptom of the file being Corrupted..This is common with Downloaded Movies and there isn"t anything you can do about it accept start encodeing again right were it crashed and then Join the 2 parts together in the "Merge & Cut"..If you do it properly you will hardly notice were the 2 parts are joined...
