I need Help , i am trying to create svcds in a way i can navigate through 'em playing in a standalone DVD player other than with fwd/Rew (cause it seems i can't use Fwd/Rew effectively with the VCD header trick)

This question was adressed in a thread (linked below) but this was back in Feb 2001.. useful links provided at the time don't work no more. but maybe someone here knows what the first reply was talking about.

look for "vcdeasy" it is great for adding chapters, you can add one each minute or whatever you want, then you can go to the numer of your chapter instead of using ff or rw
