Maestro Bitrate Error

Hi

I have been getting the occasional errors within Maestro when i compile. It says "in at least one instance the bitrate exceeded the maximum", but when i look at the movies bitrate in bitrate viewer it doesnt even reach 9000kbps and my audio is as low as 128kbps ????

Any ideas ?
