How do i need to burned?
And if my movie is 23 Frame Rates so what Quality do i need to codec it?(PAL, NTCS, NTCS Film)???
If you want someone to Help you ,You are going to have to Put a little more effort into it than this..You post is Total Giberish, it makes No sence at all, what does "Tmpgenc is writeing to Me" Mean?? are you getting letters in the Mail or something???IF your Source file has a Frame rate of 29.97FPS then you have to use the "NTSC" setting, if your File is 25FPS then you have to use the "PAL" setting, and if your File is 23.97fps you use the "NTSC Film" Setting, or the 23.97fps/29.97FPS Internally setting if you are makeing SVCD....Now this is a Guess at what you migh be asking Cuz I didn"t understand your Post.....
