How do i add background music to my svcd

Can any tell me the best way to play music in the background instead of the voice on my home videos. I have made my svcd with Tmpegnc already and im looking for an easy way of doing this instead of encoding all over again.

Any sugestions

If you want to remove the audio and put new audio in you just De-multiplex the Mpeg file and Multiplex the new audio track with the video and if you just want to add the extra audio and still keep the other audio you Just mux the audio as another audio track and it should be a selectable audio track...
