SVCD Problem. Please help

OKay guys, I hope you can help!

I just got the V4F release of Gangs of New York. Its a 3 CD set. The first 2 CDs are set up as ISO and the 3rd CD for some reason is an MPG by Impurity. Anyways, that 3rd file works great.

So I don't like burning my SVCDs first so I used WINISO to extract the files and tried it out. I tried using Windows Media Player, SuperDVD Player, and WinDVD and neither program will properly play back the file.

What I get is the sound really chopped up and loud pops..and the image is terrible too..its all green and stuff, and sometimes when i load it i can't see anything either.

So, I even tried using TMPGEnc and its MPEG Tools thinking that might fix it, but when I load the AVSEQ01 file in De-Multiplex it only gives me "padding_stream" and I guess its supposed to give me more..

I also installed the Nimo Codec pack thinking its the codec..Any ideas??

Thanks

Well it seems that the Files are Corrupted and there is No way to fix them, this is Quite Common especially if you downloaded these Files off Kazaa or something simular....

You can either face the reality that what you downloaded is corrupted and won't play anywhere, or you can refuse to face the facts and believe that there is some magic that will solve your problem. Since this forum has recently had several similar posts, let me ask you a question. If you get emails that claim to be from Ebay asking for your credit card number, do you give it out because you just assume the email is legit? Why on earth would you just assume that some stranger who you've never met spent all his time to make sure that the movies he ripped were made correctly and could be downloaded by YOU? Yes, people make movies available for download that don't know what they are doing and the movies cannot be played. You can either accept this as part of the risk of downloading movies or you can continue to waste your time posting in various forums asking why your green screen, crappy sound file won't play, just waiting for someone to give you the magic de-suckifying program to fix it. Good luck.

Try not to extract the file from iso, but mount the iso as a CD with Nero ImageDrive & see if that helps
