| What settings to get best quality Vcd/Svcd whit MainConcept 1.3 stand alone encoder?

Not wanting to be offensive, but for God's sake. What is good for me you could regard as c**p & vice versa. Try 5 min footage & experiment with settings. This is the only way you get an answer you will be happy with.
5 min footage on ie. VCD settings will take 2.5 min to encode or ~ 4 min on SVCD settings.
And in fact VCD can NOT have anything changed if you want to keep if compliant, so will always be the same for everybody
