Splitting avi/svcd files?

Which is the best and easiest to use program for spliting avi/svcd/divx files which will not fit onto a single 80min cdr?

There is No Software that I know of that will Cut Mpeg2 files and AVI Files in the Same Program...For Cutting AVI Files then "Virtual Dub" is Probably the Best Cuz it is Free, But for Mpeg2 files then "Womble Mpeg2VCR" is good and Fairly in-expensive....
