DVDx and audio/video sync problem

Using DVD decryptor, then DVDx 2.0, then TMPGen.
Three files, MPEG-2, Video and Sound are great.

Borne Identity and Undercover brother progressively loose sync, noticeable 1/4 to 1/2 thru.

All the XXX movies seem to have a common flaw as well.
They have a about 2 seconds of sound...2 of silence..thru the whole thing.

WHICH program must I tweek, WHAT do I tweek within?
suggestions?
