How big is TV screen??

Hi,

I want to ask about resolution for TV screen. Standard resolution for DV PAL format is 720x576, but it is not visible on TV screen. There is something like "title save area" what is smaller than 720x576. Does anyone know the resolution witch is visible on TV screen?

Next my small problem is if I made menu on my final SVCD disk, the central of those menu is not in the central of TV screen. (I test Ulead DVD MovieFactory and Ulead DVD Workshop with the same result.)

PAL-TV-Resolution is always 704x576 (52 us), never 720x576.
The Save-Area is 672x544.

Some Players/TVs doesn't center the Picture, that's "normal".
